CRS inline testing systems offer a high degree of automation, ease of use and flexibility. This is also reflected in the adapter concept. On the one hand, it is possible to operate the adapter insert in a manner that is fully compatible with manual testing systems, i.e. programming and debugging are carried out outside the line and therefore do not interfere with production. Another advantage is that you can start with smaller quantities in manual mode and then immediately switch to inline testing when larger quantities are required. Furthermore, the systems feature electric conveyor belt width adjustment. The testing stations are equipped with an easy-to-understand and clearly arranged control panel. Optional accessories include barcode or data matrix readers. Communication with neighbouring systems is ensured via SMEMA interfaces. Special requests can be discussed on enquiry.

CRS offers solutions for final testing and test lines with workpiece carrier transport using robot applications. Both 4-axis and 6-axis robots are used here. Special gripping system solutions are also developed for these systems to ensure optimum use. The range of tasks is also wide here, so we are happy to take on and process your requirements.
